• Lost packages
• Damaged items
• Stolen packages

If your protected order experiences one of these issues, we will provide one replacement or resolution for the affected order at no additional product or shipping cost.

One-Time Use: Shipping Protection may be used only once per order. Once a claim has been approved and fulfilled, the protection is considered used and cannot be claimed again for the same order.

Shipping Protection must be purchased with the original order and cannot be added after the order has shipped.
